The BLT Built Design Awards, a prestigiouscelebration of innovation and excellence in architecture and design, tookcenter stage at the iconic KKL Luzern, Switzerland on November 18th, 2023. Thegala event, set against the stunning backdrop of KKL Luzern’s architecturalbrilliance, showcased the industry’s top talents and their remarkablecontributions.

 The awards were presented by an esteemedjury panel, including Stanislas Helou, the founder of Thinking Luxury, ColleenCocotos, Senior Lecturer at Cape Peninsula University of Technology, and AnnaGrichting Solder, an architect, urbanist, and musician at BordermeetingsSwitzerland and graduated with a Doctor of Design in Urbanism from HarvardUniversity.

JFR Studio's projects,Night of City and STONESAL, received high acclaim from both professional judgesand audiences. They emerged as winners in the Bar and Restaurant categoriesrespectively at the BLT Architectural Design Award. Notably, Night of City alsoearned an honorable mention in the interior category. Jeffrey Zee, the founderand lead designer of JFR Studio, was personally invited to attend theprestigious BLT Architectural Design Award ceremony where he graciouslyaccepted this accolade on stage.

Following the awards ceremonies, attendeeswere treated to a sumptuous cocktail dinner reception—a perfect opportunity forprofessionals to connect, share insights, and revel in the shared passion forinnovation and creative expression. The atmosphere was truly festive, ensuringeveryone had a delightful time and adding to the overall experience of theevening.
